18th Annual NJGT Adult/Junior Championship
Date & Time: Saturday, September 1, 2018, 1:00 PM Shot Gun Start
Location: Coastal Carolina (Hackler Course)
Entry-Fee: $150.00 per team for members and & $170.00 Nonmembers players must register online
Lunch: Lunch will be provided to the players.
Awards: Awards will be given for 1st - 5th place Awards will also be given for Closest to the pin on all par 3s.
Event & Pairings: 6 holes - Best Ball, 6 holes captains Choice, and 6 holes alternate shot. Pairings will be posted around 12:00 PM on the NJGT website on Aug 31, 2017
Rules and Etiquette: The rules of golf, published by the U.S. Golf Association (USGA), and subject to local modification will govern play. If allowed by the golf course, pull carts will be allowed for all age groups.
Withdrawal: Refund only if withdrawal is made at least 15 days prior to the day of the event (Aug. 18) a $20.00 service fee will apply.

Holes 1-6 Best Ball
Each player on the team plays his or her own golf ball throughout the holes and on each hole, the low score is taken.
Holes 7-12 Captain’s Choice
Each player tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then all play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed.
Boys 5-7 & 8-9, Girls 5-7 & 8-10 MUST alternate their tee shots on Captains Choice
Holes 13-18 Alternate Shot
The first player tees off, the second player hits the second shot, the first player hits the third shot, and so on until the ball is holed. Tee balls are alternated so that the same player doesn't hit every drive
Practice rounds may be schedule any time between now and the day prior to the tournament. Practice rounds are not allowed the day of the tournament or while the tournament is in progress, breach of rule is disqualification. Players are responsible to schedule their practice rounds and are responsible for the cost.
Cost for practice Round: Junior $25.00-Includes Cart / $20.00 if Walking
Adult $25.00 when playing with Junior includes with or without cart.

This is the deadline to withdraw from the tournament. Refunds will not be given for withdraws after the deadline.

$30.00 service charge will apply on all withdraws.
A late charge of $10.00 will Apply after Aug. 25th
If the tournament is not full, you may register up to 12:00 AM on Aug. 29 2017, however the late charge will be added to the tournament fee.
This tournament will be a shotgun start schedule to begin at 1:00 AM. Please report to the starting area 20 min. prior to the start of the event.
Always double check your tee time before leaving home as tee times can change due to adjustment: example, a player may have withdrawn, bad weather etc…
Remember to arrive early enough to go through you practice routine. The driving range will be busy and you may have to wait.
